A Mindful Community

Clear Recovery Center understands that meaningful recovery from addiction and mental health is a two-part process. First, clients benefit from being immersed in a community of people similarly dedicated to bettering themselves. Then, in order to maintain recovery, clients engage in the therapeutic process and develop new habits for a healthy lifestyle. At Clear Recovery Center we are proud to offer our clients not only a strong recovery community and expert clinical care, but also a holistic approach to health and wellness.

We Focus On…

Nutrition

Good nutrition is essential to managing mood, blood sugar, and optimal body function. Unfortunately, the Standard American Diet is full of processed sugars, preservatives, and partially hydrogenated oils that contribute to chronic inflammation and disease including depression. Clear Recovery Center works with our clients to assess their current diet and make gradual changes to support their recovery.

Spirituality

Our expert team is dedicated to holistic healing approaches. In addition to therapy and case management, we offer meditation classes as well as guided meditation groups to promote mental health and spiritual well being. Additionally, we offer sleep hygiene education so our clients can create evening routines centered around reflection, self-care, and deep breathing in order to achieve restful and rejuvenating sleep.

Exercise

Regular exercise has been shown to increase endorphin levels in the brain. Endorphins contribute to the natural “feel good” feeling and encourage the brain to find new pathways for pleasure outside of maladaptive behaviors. Clear Recovery Center offers numerous opportunities for exercise including group exercise opportunities including dance, yoga, walking groups, and intramural sports.
