Signs that You or a Loved One May Benefit from Mental Health Outpatient Treatment

Clear’s mental health outpatient programs are best for those who need more support than weekly therapy in order to fully address their mental health and thrive. Outpatient treatment may be the best fit for you or a loved one, if experiencing:

    • Thoughts, emotions or behaviors that are affecting your relationships, your work or your sense of well-being
    • Prolonged feelings of sadness or chronic stress
    • Difficulty coping with major life transitions
    • Codependency or other challenges in interpersonal relationships
    • Grief, bereavement or loss
    • Anxiety related to work, occupational burnout or difficulty sustaining work-life balance
    • Prolonged academic or professional difficulty
    • Declining motivation or difficulty concentrating and making decisions
    • Isolation or withdrawal from friends or activities once enjoyed
    • Feelings of apathy, hopelessness, helplessness or depression
    • Hallucinations or delusions
    • Disordered eating or thoughts of hurting yourself or others
    • Compassion fatigue, caregiver or parental burnout
    • Insufficient improvement with weekly therapy

Mental health outpatient treatment can address the root causes of these issues before any emotional, physical, professional, or financial repercussions worsen. Although mental health conditions are highly treatable, many go a long time between noticing symptoms and receiving adequate support. Timely treatment help can make a big difference.
