At Clear Recovery Center, we help with grief management and resolution through individual and group therapy. Individuals admitted to the program will work with individual counselling professionals in order to process their feelings, learn coping skills and mechanisms, and work towards healing and mental wellness. These individual therapy sessions will allow patients to better understand all that they are grieving, the factors contributing to their inability to move forward, and identify the skills and grief management techniques that best suit their particular needs. Individuals will also have the opportunity to connect with other people who are struggling with feelings of grief in order to process together, provide support to one another, and create a sense of community around a common goal: healing.
