Drug Abuse & Addiction
Treating the Whole Person
Clear Recovery Center believes in a holistic approach to treating drug abuse and addiction. After receiving a thorough psychological evaluation and physical examination, we will work with you and your family to create a treatment plan that involves a combination of individual, group, and family therapy, as well as nutrition, and much more to address not only addiction but also the underlying causes for addictive behaviors. Addiction is often called the “family disease” because of how much it impacts the loved ones of the individual struggling with chemical dependence. Drug addiction often results in broken promises, lack of follow through, and disappointment. For so many individuals struggling with addiction, drug or alcohol use becomes the primary focus, and even things as important as spouses, children, and work, quickly fall by the wayside. Clear Recovery Center is equipped to provide family therapy and support groups for loved ones so that the recovery process involves everyone impacted by the previous drug and alcohol use.
Individuals in recovery need to be involved in a community of people dedicated to bettering themselves. In order to maintain your recovery, you must also engage in the therapeutic process of discovering what drove your addiction. The powerful community at Clear Recovery Center is here to offer support, encouragement, and guidance to those getting started in their treatment for drug abuse and addiction. We are committed to providing a dynamic, customized approach to treatment, where we can educate and bring a recovery community to families and individuals in need.
A person might turn to addiction to escape when emotions, traumas, or other underlying issues seem too much to bear. During your rehabilitation at Clear Recovery Center, we will develop a treatment plan to address the underlying causes of your addiction as well as helping you develop healthier approaches to managing your mental health. Drug abuse and other addictions are what people often turn to when everything else seems to fail, so we look to address and heal all those points of conflict and duress in our client’s lives.
Our expert therapists can help the whole family to better understand addiction and help families identify and address familial roles and behaviors that may contribute to sustained use. Families who participate in our programming will learn to set boundaries, treat one another with dignity despite the disease, and work together in spite of the harmful experiences of the past. Drug and alcohol addiction is a disease. Just as a cancer patient needs support to heal and get better, so does an addict need professional support to work towards recovery. We’re confident that our dedicated care team can help you do just that.
